For the purpose of simplification of the procedure of forming of the List of large taxpayers and increase in efficiency of their administration, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of provisions and the Procedure on administration of taxes" of April 7, 2011 No. 144 the following changes:

in Regulations on criteria and the procedure for determination of large taxpayers approved by the above-stated resolution:

- to declare the subitem 1 of item 4 invalid;

- state Item 11 in the following edition:

"11. The list of the large taxpayers who are subject to tax administration of UKKN (complete and external), affirms the decision of authorized tax authority.";
