The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
wishing to expand the economic cooperation based on the long-term bilateral relation between the states
attaching importance to strengthening and development of mutual business contacts between the Parties,
according to the national legal systems of two states and obligations following from international treaties which participants they are
agreed as follows:
The parties according to national legal systems develop cooperation within the powers on the questions which are of mutual interest.
The cooperation purposes between the Parties are support of the available economic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Tajikistan and development of the new directions of cooperation.
The parties will perform exchange of information and experiment on the questions entering their competence in the following directions: macroeconomic policy, investment policy, foreign trade policy, social policy, development and regulation of entrepreneurship.
For goal achievement of this agreement of the Party in case of need organize meetings of the representatives, and also encourage the organization of meetings between business community, holding joint conferences, business forums and seminars.
The parties inform each other on preparation and program implementation and the projects which are of mutual interest.
Disputes between the Parties which can arise during realization or interpretation of provisions of this agreement will be solved by negotiations.
