About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About town planning and architecture of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About town planning and architecture of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1994, No. 3, the Art. 85) the following changes:

- consider and draw the conclusions (approvals) by all types of town-planning and architectural documentation, and also make explanations on other questions in the field of town planning and architecture;
- provide information which is available for them to developers of town-planning and architectural documentation.
2. In case of development and adoption of master plans, plans of the detailed layout of areas, quarters state bodies and local government bodies shall carry out public hearings on them for the purpose of accounting of opinion of the population of the corresponding territory.
