About entering of amendment into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public procurements"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public procurements" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 9, the Art. 409) the following amendment:
add Article 27 with Item 5 of the following content:
"5. In case of public procurement of the medicines accepted for life such as insulin, individual portability shall be considered.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
