About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2010 No. 1929

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for determination of starting price of sale of shares (share in authorized funds) of the economic societies which are in property of the Republic of Belarus, approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2010 No. 1929 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About modification and amendments in some laws of the Republic of Belarus and recognition voided some legal acts of the Republic of Belarus and their separate provisions concerning privatization of state-owned property" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 6, 5/33107), the following changes and amendment:
1.1. state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Starting price of shares (shares) is determined for January 1 of calendar year in which their sale, except for shares of the joint-stock companies specified in part two of this Item is performed.
The initial price of shares of joint-stock companies where in authorized funds the share of the Republic of Belarus in calendar year in which sale of shares is performed was increased, for the amount of the means of the republican budget provided to joint-stock companies, including innovative funds of the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus is determined on the first, following after month in which state registration of additionally issued shares was performed.";
1.2. in paragraph one of part one of Item 3 of the word "whom for date of assessment" shall be replaced with words "which for date of determination of starting price of shares (shares) according to Item 2 this provision (further - date of assessment)";
1.3. add the Provision with Item 6 of the following content:
