About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About power industry"

1. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About power industry" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, N 1, Art. 1 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

"Electroinstallation - complex of the interconnected equipments and constructions intended for production or transformation, transfer, distribution or consumption of electrical energy".

"Energopostachalnik does not bear responsibility to the consumer of electrical energy in case of interruption of deliveries of electrical energy if at the time of approach of this event the power supply circuit of the consumer of electricity because of the consumer did not conform to requirements of normative and technical documents".
