1. The paragraph third parts one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About procedure for departure from Ukraine and entry into Ukraine of citizens of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1994, No. 18, Art. 101; 2002, N 51, Art. 370; 2004, 406) to state N 33-34, Art. in such edition:
"to citizens of Ukraine who constantly or temporarily live abroad and reached 16-year age - according to their personal petition for receipt of the passport or through their legal representatives to foreign diplomatic organizations of Ukraine. Citizens of Ukraine who constantly live abroad can address with the petition for receipt of the passport also to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. Execution of the passport to the citizens of Ukraine who did not reach 16-year age is performed based on notarially attested petition of parents or their legal representatives in case of need in independent departure of such persons abroad".
2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
