About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Concessionary Agreements" and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 21, 2005 N 115-FZ "About concessionary agreements" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, N 30, Art. 3126; 2007, N 46, Art. 5557; N 50, of Art. 6245; 2008, N 27, Art. 3126; 2009, N 29, Art. 3582) following changes:

1) in Article 3:

a) regarding 1 word "real estate" shall be replaced with words "property (real estate or real estate and personal estate, technologically connected among themselves and intended for implementation of the activities provided by the concessionary agreement)";

b) add part 4 with the offer of the following content: "If subject of the concessionary agreement is the property, stipulated in Item 11 parts 1 of article 4 of this Federal Law, such property at the time of the conclusion of the concessionary agreement can belong state or to municipal unitary enterprise on the right of economic maintaining.";

c) add with part 4.1 following of content:

"4.1. Transfer by the concedent to the concessionary of subject of the concessionary agreement is performed under the act of priyemaperedacha signed by the parties of the concessionary agreement.";

d) the first offer of part 8 after words of "subject of the concessionary agreement" to add with the words "after the date of transmission to it this object";
