Article 1

Article 2

Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of April 19, 1991 N 1032-1 "About employment of the population in the Russian Federation" (in edition of the Federal Law of April 20, 1996 N 36-FZ) (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of RSFSR and the Supreme Council of RSFSR, 1991, N 18, Art. 565; Russian Federation Code, 1996, N 17, Art. 1915; 2003, N 2, Art. 160; 2004, N 35, Art. 3607; 2006, N 1, Art. 10; 2007, N 1, Art. 21) following changes:

Item 1 of Article 9 to add 1) with the offer of the following content: "Bodies of employment service provide possibility of obtaining by citizens of the specified services electronically according to the legislation on the organization of provision of the state and municipal services.";

Item 2 of Article 15 to add 2) with subitem 1.1 of the following content:

"1. 1) informing citizens of the Russian Federation, including electronically, about employment situation, the rights and guarantees in the field of employment of the population and protection against unemployment;".

Article 3

Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of June 25, 1993 N 5242-1 "About the right of citizens of the Russian Federation to freedom of travel, the choice of the place of stay and residence within the Russian Federation" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1993, N 32, the Art. 1227) the following changes:

1) in Article 6:

a) add with new part two of the following content:

Information containing in the state register of the granted licenses is open and free for acquaintance of physical persons and legal entities with it.";

Item 9 to add 6) with subitem 2.1 of the following content:

"2. 1) if at the organization the tax arrears are had, charges, penalty fee and penalties for violation of the law of the Russian Federation about taxes and fees and such debt is confirmed with the reference of tax authority in the electronic form received with use of information and telecommunication networks public including the Internet, at the request of the licensing body;";

7) in Item 10:

a) the paragraph one to add with the offer of the following content: "The specified documents can be sent by the licensee to the licensing body in the form of electronic documents according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 1.1 these Articles.";

b) add paragraph two with the offer of the following content: "If in the notification on acquisition of new capital processing equipment it was indicated the need of the direction to the licensee by the licensing body of all documents connected with consideration of such notification, electronically, the decision on inadmissibility of use of new capital processing equipment for production of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products goes to the licensee in electronic form.";
