About modification and amendments in the Instruction about procedure for functioning of the automated system of interbank calculations of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and carrying out interbank calculations in the BISS system

Based on the paragraph of the sixth of Article 26, the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of Article 32 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus

Bring in the Instruction about procedure for functioning of the automated system of interbank calculations of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and carrying out interbank calculations in the BISS system approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of June 26, 2009 No. 88 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 183, 8/21230; 2010, No. 118, 8/22289; 2011, No. 86, 8/23942), following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Item 3:

from subitem 3.10 of the word "structural divisions of National Bank" to exclude;

to exclude from subitem 3.12 of the word "and structural divisions of National Bank";

1.2. state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. Calculations between branches (departments) of bank of the Republic of Belarus, and also between the clients having accounts in one branch (department) of bank of the Republic of Belarus are performed without reflection on correspondent accounts according to the procedure, established by the local regulatory legal acts of banks developed taking into account requirements of this Instruction.";
