About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 34, the Art. 343) such changes:
1) in part four of Article 34 of the word "Reconstruction or" shall be replaced with words "Reconstruction, restoration or capital repairs of construction objects without change of the external geometrical dimensions of their bases in the plan, and also reconstruction or";
2) in the Section V "Final provisions":
in the subitem 1 of Item 1 of figure "2012" to replace with figures "2013";
in Item 6 of the word "Within One Year from the date of the Introduction in Operation of This Law" shall be replaced with words also in figures "Till January 1, 2013".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
