About introduction of amendments to article 17-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About power industry" concerning determination of specific weight of the Ukrainian goods in construction cost of power generation facility

I. Bring in article 17-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About power industry" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 1, Art. 1; 2009, No. 32-33, of Art. 496; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of June 3, 2011 No. 3486-VI and of June 17, 2011 No. 3549-VI) such changes:

"The specified procedure for production incentive of the electric power from alternative energy sources is applied to power generation facilities which construction is begun after January 1, 2012 and put into operation till January 1, 2013 provided that the specific weight of raw materials, materials, fixed assets, works and services of the Ukrainian origin in construction cost of the relevant power generation facility which makes electrical energy with use of alternative energy sources makes at least 15 percent, for objects which construction is begun after January 1, 2012 and put into operation after January 1, 2013, - at least 30 percent, for objects which construction is begun after January 1, 2012 and put into operation after January 1, 2014, - at least 50 percent. Additional term of application of the specified procedure for production incentive of the electric power with energy use of sunlight is use on the power generation facilities put into operation after January 1, 2013, solar modules in which manufacturing cost the specific weight of materials and raw materials of the Ukrainian origin makes at least than 30 percent, and after January 1, 2014 - 50 percent";
