About modification of the Regulations on procedure for test and storage of declarations on the income and property
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Part third of Item 1 of the Regulations on procedure for test and the storage of declarations on the income and property approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 952 "About some questions of declaring of the income and property by government employees and other categories of persons" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 124, 5/22662; 2011, No. 98, 5/34355) to state in the following edition:
"The procedure for test and storages of declarations on the income and property represented by military personnel, employees and (or) government employees of the state security agencies of the Republic of Belarus, and also the organizations and divisions, subordinated to Committee for State Security, the Presidential Security Service of the Republic of Belarus, Operational analytical center in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus, bodies of the border service, customs authorities, employees of divisions of bodies of financial investigations of the State Control Committee, their spouse (spouse) and full age close relatives, together with them living and conducting general economy, is determined respectively by Committee for State Security, the Presidential Security Service of the Republic of Belarus, Operational analytical center in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the State boundary committee, State Customs Committee and State Control Committee.".
2. To republican state bodies to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012, except for Item 2, of the official publication of this resolution which is becoming effective later.
