Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 4.52 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that the rate for the services in the organization of buying up of precious metals at physical persons for republican state needs (further - services in buying up) rendered by the organizations authorized on implementation of this type of activity (further - the organizations), is created proceeding from the limiting standard rate of profitability in the amount of 6 percent to the costs for services in buying up determined by terms of the contract between the organizations and the Ministry of Finance.
2. Bring in the Instruction about procedure of payments for supply of precious metals to the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of March 31, 2004 No. 59 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 69, 8/10848; 2006, No. 104, 8/14558; 2007, No. 249, 8/17208), following changes and amendments:
