About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 8, the Art. 922) the following changes:
1. In parts 4 and 5 of Article 334 of the word of "Fund of redistribution of agricultural holdings" shall be replaced with words "The state fund of agricultural holdings".
2. Regarding the 4th Article 336 of the word of "Fund of redistribution of agricultural holdings" shall be replaced with words "The state fund of agricultural holdings".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
