About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Bring in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 7, the Art. 229) the following changes:
in Article 165:
in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts 1 of the word "to fifty" "to hundred";
in the paragraph the second Item 2 of part 2 of the word "from two to three" shall be replaced with words "from three to five";
in the paragraph the second Item 2 of part 3 of the word "from three to six" shall be replaced with words "from five to eight";
in the paragraph the second Item 3 of part 4 to replace the word of "six" with the word of "eight".
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
