About entering of amendments into the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Bring in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 7, the Art. 229) the following amendments:
in Article 204:
add part 3 with Items 3-5 of the following content:
"3) group of persons;
4) group of persons by previous concert;
5) in especially large size, -";
in the note:
- after the words "settlement indicator" to add with the words "in especially large size-in ten thousand times the exceeding settlement indicator";
- add with the paragraph third the following content:
"Person who for the first time committed the crime provided by part one of this Article is exempted from criminal liability in case of voluntary payment of receivable customs payments, including penalties and penalty fee, with registration in the customs relation of the goods and other objects which are smuggling subject and if its actions do not contain other actus reus.".
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
