Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About licensing" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1997, No. 3, the Art. 126) the following change:
to declare Item 35 of part 1 of Article 9 invalid.
Article 2. Determine that from the date of entry into force of this Law the licenses granted on the types of activity excluded by this Law from the list of the types of activity which are subject to obligatory licensing lose legal force, and documents which arrived for consideration for issue of licenses on these types of activity are subject to return to applicants.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in 3-month time from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
