About modification and amendments in the Instruction about procedure for rendering engineering services in construction

1. Bring in Item 6 of the Instruction on procedure for rendering engineering services in construction approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 2011 No. 18 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for rendering engineering services in construction and recognition voided regulatory legal acts, separate structural elements of resolutions of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 61, 8/23669), the following changes and amendment:
in part one:
to exclude the paragraph of the sixth;
the seventh or eleventh to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the sixth or tenth;
to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
"procedure of payments;";
after the paragraph of the sixth to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"financing sources (within the cost rates provided by summary estimate calculation (on objects of running repair on accomplishment of functions of technical supervision - local estimate calculation), and also possibility of additional financing of the engineering services provided by the agreement at the expense of means of the customer over the provided cost rates);";
