1. Resolve release from payment of contributions to the government budget of part of the net profit got in 2010 for:

GP "Fabrica de Sticla din Chisinau";

GP Firma Editorial-Poligrafica "Tipografia Centrala";

GP "Combinatul Poligrafic din Chisinau";

GP "Posta Moldovei";

GP "Combinatul de vinuri de Calitate "Milestii Mici";

GP "Centrul de Carantina, Identificare, Expertize si Dezinfectare a Productiei";

GP "Aeroportul International Marculesti"

and from dividend payout, received for reporting 2010, for:

JSC Moldexpo;

JSC Armo-Beton;

JSC Cricova;

JSC Barza-Alba.

2. To the central bodies of public management in which administration there are 1 companies specified in Item to provide decision making within administrative boards and, respectively, general meetings about use of net profit for investment into production development.
