About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for execution of special service in Service of civil protection and emergency situations

In pursuance of provisions of parts (1) and (2) article 21 of the Law No. 93-XVI of April 5, 2007 on Service of civil protection and emergency situations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 78-81, of the Art. 358), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

In the Regulations on procedure for execution of special service in Service of civil protection and emergency situations approved by the Order of the Government No. 461 of March 24, 2008. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 66-68, of the Art. 436), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

Item 66 to state 1) in the following edition:

"66. Primary special rank is given in case of transfer on service:

a) for ordinary structure - the soldier of rescue service, the lance sergeant of rescue service, plutonyer of rescue service;

b) for the younger commanding structure - the second lieutenant of rescue service, the lieutenant of rescue service";

Item 67 to state 2) in the following edition:

"67. Primary special rank for ordinary structure is given:

a) the soldier of rescue service - to candidates with gymnasia education who did not perform special (military) service, along with appointment to positions for which special ranks of ordinary structure are provided in states;

b) the lance sergeant of rescue service - to candidates with secondary education (lyceum) who did not perform special (military) service, along with appointment to positions for which special ranks of ordinary structure are provided in states (lance sergeant);

c) plutonyer of rescue service - to candidates with secondary vocational education (college), with incomplete higher education which did not perform special (military) service, along with appointment to positions for which special ranks of ordinary structure are provided in states (plutonyer)";

"Minister of Internal Affairs" shall be replaced with words 3) in Items 68 and 69 of the word "the head of service";
