confirming commitment to the universally recognized norms of international law in the field of human rights and freedoms,
wishing to create to citizens favorable conditions for realization on the basis of free declaration of will of option and acquisition of nationality of other Party,
agreed as follows:
The Tajik Side will grant the exit right in the simplified procedure to the citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan living in the Kyrgyz Republic according to the list provided by the Kyrgyz Side through diplomatic channels.
The procedure for creation of the list is regulated by separate provision of the Kyrgyz Side to this Agreement.
The following adjusting data shall be reflected in lists:
surname, name, middle name, birth date and birth place, the address of the last accommodation in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.
1. The Kyrgyz Side will grant the right of acquisition of nationality in the simplified procedure to the citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan specified in Article 1 of this agreement.
2. For the simplified acquisition of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic the applicant represents the following documents to law-enforcement bodies of the Kyrgyz Side:
the statement for acquisition of nationality in the form established by law-enforcement bodies;
declaration of abandonment of citizenship of the Republic of Tajikistan;
passport copy or other identity document;
copies of the certificate of birth of children;
copy of the certificate on marriage.
3. Aggregate term of consideration of the applications about acceptance in nationality shall not exceed three months.
