About approval of changes and additions which are made to the Order of the Government No. 282 of March 14, 2005.

The government DECIDES:

In the Order of the Government No. 282 of March 14, 2005. "About approval of the Regulations on preparation in the field of civil protection" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 46-50, 338) to make the following changes and additions:

In all text of the resolution and the Provision of the word "Department of Emergency Situations" shall be replaced with words 1) "The service of civil protection and emergency situations" in the corresponding case;

2) In Regulations on preparation in the field of civil protection:

in subitems and) and b) Item 3 of the word "once in four years" shall be replaced with words "once in three years";

the subitem d) item 4 to add with the words "with personnel more than 50 workers" at the end;

in the paragraph the second the subitem and) Item 5 of the word "once in three years, lasting one day" shall be replaced with words "once in four years, lasting one day";

in Item 8:

the subitem and) to add with the paragraph of the following content at the end:

add at the end with the subitem c) of the following content:

"c) in industry central bodies of public management and other central administrative authorities:

the paragraph one of Item 9 to state in the following edition:

"Terms of carrying out measures for preparation of civil protection are specified in the schedule of preparation of civil protection and in respect of completing by students of Republican training center for year, approved by the Order of the Government";
