About approval of the Veterinary sanitary standard establishing conditions on health and veterinary survey for trade and export of sheep and goats

Based on provisions of Art. 10 of the Law No. 1538-XII of 23.06.93 on veterinary activities and for the purpose of harmonization of the veterinary legislation of the Republic of Moldova with the European Union law I ORDER:

1. Approve the Veterinary sanitary standard establishing conditions on health and veterinary survey for trade and export of sheep and goats, developed according to requirements of the Directive of the EU 91/68/EEC of January 28, 1991 according to appendix.

2. To management of veterinary medicine, State veterinary inspectorate, district and municipal state veterinary public health services, economic agents (physical persons and legal entities) to be guided in the activities by provisions of this veterinary sanitary standard.

3. Provisions of the item of 1 appendix No. 1, item of 2 litas. a) appendices No. 2, item 3. litas. b) Chapter 1 and item of 4 litas. b) Chapter 2 from appendix No. 7 will become effective in 3 years from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on management of veterinary medicine, the State veterinary inspection.
