According to requirements of Art. 10 from the Law No. 1538-XII of 23.06.93 on veterinary activities and for the purpose of harmonization of the veterinary legislation of the Republic of Moldova with the European Union law I ORDER:
1. Approve the Veterinary sanitary standard regulating production and trade in rabbit flesh and meat of the wild animals who are grown up under production conditions, the Directive of the Council of Europe harmonized according to requirements 91/495CEE of November 27, 1990.
2. To Veterinary Department, the State veterinary inspection, district and municipal veterinary services, economic agents (physical persons and legal entities) to be guided in their activities by requirements of this veterinary sanitary standard.
3. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and enact from the date of publication.
4. Repeal the Order of the ministry No. 220 of 29.09.2006 about approval of the Veterinarnosanitarny regulation regulating production and trade in rabbit flesh and meat of the wild animals who are grown up under production conditions.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on Veterinary Department, the State veterinary inspectorate.
