According to requirements of Art. 10 of the Law No. 1538-XII of 23.06.93 on veterinary activities and for the purpose of harmonization of the veterinary legislation of the Republic of Moldova with the European Union law I ORDER:
1. Approve Veterinary sanitary standard about veterinary and sanitary conditions of animal and public health for production and trade in forcemeat and meat semifinished products according to the Resolution of the EU 2000/572 of September 8, 2000 and the directive EC94/65 of December 14, 1994.
2. To Veterinary Department, the State veterinary inspection, district and municipal veterinary services, economic agents (physical persons and legal entities) to be guided in the activities by this veterinarnosanitarny regulation.
3. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on Veterinary Department, the State veterinary inspectorate.
