About modification and amendments in Regulations on enforcement of the customs appointments provided by the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova

The government DECIDES:

In the Regulations on enforcement of the customs appointments provided by the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova, approved by the Order of the Government No. 1140 of November 2, 2005. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, No. 157-160, of the Art. 1285), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in Item 324 of the word "customs regime of import or, in case of need, conversion on customs area" shall be replaced with words "customs purpose of free zone";

2) Item 333:

exclude paragraph two;

add at the end with the paragraph of the following content:

"when importing from free zone to other part of customs area of the Republic of Moldova of domestic goods, the goods coming from free zone, and foreign goods customs payments according to provisions of the current legislation are paid.";

Items 334, 335 and 336 to state 3) in the following edition:

"334. Delivery of domestic goods to free zone from other part of customs area of the Republic of Moldova is equated to export and performed based on the following customs declarations:

a) the export declaration with the expanded mode 1800, served the sender of goods;

b) the transit declaration in the cases provided by Customs Service to customs post which services free zone;

c) declarations on the room in customs purpose of the free zone given resident of the corresponding free zone.

335. Delivery of domestic goods from free zone to other part of customs area of the Republic of Moldova is equated to import and performed based on the following customs declarations:

a) declarations on completion with the expanded mode 6878, the corresponding free zone given resident;

b) the transit declaration in the cases provided by Customs Service to customs post in radius of finding of the receiver of goods;

c) the import declaration of returned goods submitted the receiver of goods.
