XIX of the Law No. 162 of July 22, 2011 on modification and amendments in some legal acts, in view of amendments to the Code about offenses of the Republic of Moldova No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 3-6, 15) with the Art. 3133, I ORDER to the Art.:
1. After hl. The XIV Regulations on the organization and implementation of the state fire supervision in the Republic of Moldova approved by the order of Service GZ and emergency No.195 of 25.11.2009 to bring hl. XV with the name "CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS" of the following content:
"Art. 84. Exceeding of the power concerning allowing documents
(1) the Unreasonable delay and/or exceeding of the term established by the law for issue of the allowing document, and equally in issue of the allowing document with effective period less provided by the List of allowing documents attract imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 50 to 75 conventional units and on officials in the amount of 75 to 100 conventional units with deprivation or without deprivation of the right to perform certain activities for a period of 3 months till 1 year.
(2) the Requirement of availability and/or issue of the allowing document which is not included in the List of allowing documents, establishment and/or application of payment for issue of the allowing document in the amount of, exceeding the provided by the List of allowing documents, unreasonable refusal in issue of the allowing document, presentation and application of the requirements which are not conforming to the law and procedures of issue of allowing documents, and equally unreasonable withdrawal of the allowing document
