aiming to provide the legal basis for cooperation of the Parties in the field of regulation of processes of labor migration of the population and social protection of migrant workers,

based on provisions of the Agreement on cooperation in the field of labor migration and social protection of migrant workers signed on April 15, 1994 in the city of Moscow

for the purpose of provision to migrant workers of the simplified procedure for implementation of labor activity in border areas of the states of the Parties,

including priority task of ensuring protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens of the states of the Parties,

considering cooperation according to the prevention and suppression of illegal migration by the important direction of regulation of migratory processes in the territory of the states of the Parties,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The basic concepts and terms used in this agreement:

"the migrant worker occupied on agricultural works in border areas" - the person who is the citizen of one of the states of the Parties, constantly living in the territory of the state of the Party of departure and which legally is engaged in paid labor activity on agricultural works in border areas of the state of the Party of employment (further - the worker);
