About customs clearance of goods delivered in/from free economic zones

For the purpose of execution of requirements of the Customs code approved by the Law No. 1149-XV of July 20, 2000, the Order of the Government No. 207 of February 26, 2003. "About approval of regulations on application of customs regimes" I ORDER:

1. To make deliveries of goods to the free economic zones (FEZ) from other part of the Republic of Moldova with creation of two customs declarations.

For example, in case of delivery of domestic goods:

- at customs in which zone of activities there is supplier (exporter) the export customs declaration is constituted:

Heading 1 "Type of declarations" of EX 1; Heading 37 "Mode" 100054:

- at SEZ customs the customs declaration about import to SEZ is constituted.

Heading 1 "Type of the declaration IM 7 4; Heading 37 "Mode" 711054.

2. Deliveries of goods from free economic zones to other part of the Republic of Moldova are made with creation of two customs declarations.

For example, in case of delivery of the goods coming from free zone:

- at SEZ customs the customs declaration about export from SEZ is constituted.

Heading 1 "Declaration type" of EX 7 1; Heading 37 "Mode" 717168:

- at customs in which zone of activities there is receiver (importer) the import customs declaration is constituted.

3. In pursuance of this order addresses and uses of the customs declaration forms approved by the order of Customs department No. 26-O of 11.02.2004 to add appendix of 14 Rules concerning filling with the new subitem:

- 68 Deliveries of goods from SEZ to other part of the Republic of Moldova.
