About measures for improvement of financial and economic provision of some companies of the agrofood sector
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. 1. – Write off as of December 31, 2008 the percent, penalty fee and additional percent (fund of risk) added to some companies of the agrofood sector and not paid by them, belonging to the loans recredited by the Ministry of Finance from external and investment resources in 1993-1996 according to the appendix which is component of this law.
Art. 2. – Suspend since January 1, 2009 to repayment of principal debt charge of percent, penalty fee and the additional percent (fund of risk) belonging to the loans recredited by the Ministry of Finance in 1993-1996, to the companies specified in appendix.
