About interpretation of concepts of article 201 of the Law on diplomatic service No. 761-XV of December 27, 2001
Based on Item c) article 66 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova

In article 20-1 of the Law on diplomatic service No. 761-XV of December 27, 2001 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, No. 20, of the Art. 80) under "members of personnel of the diplomatic representations and consular establishments representing the interests of the Republic of Moldova in the international bodies and the states of stay," [part (1)] and "members of personnel of diplomatic representations and consular establishments" [part (2)] should understand persons specified in Item 2) to part (1) article 9 of the Law No. 761/2001 of, appointed, hired, recalled, transferred to diplomatic representations or consular establishments of the Republic of Moldova according to provisions of this law.
