About modification of appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 77 of January 30, 2008

In the Regulations on calculation of the tax liabilities on the income tax of the physical persons who are not engaged in business activity approved by appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 77 of January 30, 2008. "About approval of some provisions" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 32-33, 174), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

Item 85:

in the first offer to replace the word of "accommodation" with the word "registrations";

in the last offer of the word "in which radius of action the company having tax relations with budget system of the Republic of Moldova and which served as the last place of employment of this physical person is serviced" shall be replaced with words "the corresponding zones of servicing established according to part (5) article 132 of the Tax Code.".
