About withdrawal of separate goods from free trade regime
The government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:
1. Withdraw temporarily since January 15, 2003 from free trade regime with Ukraine, before adoption of joint decisions with the Ukrainian Side and signings of the relevant protocol, goods of the following tariff line items:
1701 - Sugar reed or beet and chemically net sucrose in firm condition
1702 - Other types of sugar, including chemically net lactose, maltose, glucose and fructose (levulose) in firm condition; syrups sugar without addition vkuso-aromatic or dyes; the artificial honey mixed or not mixed with natural honey; sugar and the caramelized molasses except for tariff line item 1702 30 990 - other
1704 - the confectionery from sugar (including white chocolate) which are not containing some cocoa, except for tariff line item 170490550 - pastil from sore throat and cough pill
2207 - the ethyl alcohol which is not denatured with concentration of alcohol at least 80 about. %; the ethyl alcohol and other alcohols denatured any concentration;
2208 - the ethyl alcohol which is not denatured with concentration of alcohol less than 80 about. %; spirit tinctures, liqueurs and other alcoholic drinks.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to inform the Ukrainian Side on withdrawal from free trade regime of the goods specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on Customs department.
