About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning ensuring realization of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances in case of their state registration

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In Items 1, 2 and paragraph one of Item 3 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their restrictions "and other legal acts of Ukraine" (2010, No. 18, the Art. 141) figures and the words "January 1, 2012" to replace sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with figures and the words "January 1, 2013".

2. In the Section VII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the State land cadastre":

in Item 1:

in paragraph one of figure and the word "January 1, 2012" to replace with figures and the words "January 1, 2013";

in the paragraph the second item 4 of figure and the word "January 1, 2012" to replace with figures and the words "January 1, 2013";

in the subitem and the word "January 1, 2012" to replace 2 Items of the 12th figure with figures and the words "January 1, 2013".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective since December 31, 2011.

2. To provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine till January 1, 2013 creation normative and material and technical resources of maintaining the State register of the rights to real estate and their burdenings and the State land cadastre.
