About modification of the Section X "Transitional provisions" of the Land code of Ukraine concerning prohibition on alienation and change of purpose of lands of agricultural purpose

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make to the section X "Transitional provisions" of the Land code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27) the following changes:

Item 14 to state 1) in the following edition:

"14. Till January 1, 2013 entering of the right to land share (share) into the authorized capital of economic societies is forbidden";

2) in Item 15:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"15. Till January 1, 2013 it is not allowed";

in the paragraph the second the subitem "b" and figure "the laws of Ukraine on the state land cadastre and on the market of lands, but not earlier than January 1, 2012, having determined features of the address of lands of the state-owned and utility property and lands of commodity agricultural production "shall be replaced with words also in figures "the law on the market of lands, but not earlier than January 1, 2013, according to the procedure, determined by this Law".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
