About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash No. 909-XII of January 30, 1992 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 80-82, of the Art. 413), with subsequent changes to make the following additions:

1. Item 11) Article 7:

after words of "benefit for construction of the house or cooperative housing" to add with words ", on acquisition of housing";

add at the end with the offer: ". The persons who did not exercise the right to provision of housing, to soft credits and not having the corresponding guaranty letters can have this right in the procedure established by the Government;".

2. Item 3) Article 8:

Art. II. - In the Law on the state fee No. 1216-XII of December 3, 1992 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 5355, of the Art. 302), with subsequent changes to make the following additions:

1. Part (Article 2 to add 1) with Item 11-1) of the following content:

"11-1) for putting down of apostille on the document issued addressed to or for the benefit of physical persons (citizens of the Republic of Moldova, foreign citizens and stateless persons) and legal entities;".

2. Add Article 3 with Item 12) of the following content:
