About entering of amendments into Regulations about the mode of required reserves

Based on Articles 11, 17 and articles 26 Item c) the Law No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995 on National Bank of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, Art. No. 56-57, 624), with subsequent changes and amendments, considering changes and the Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES: additions made to the Chart of accounts of financial accounting in licensed banks of the Republic of Moldova according to Resolutions of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 193 of September 30, 2011 and No. 216 of September 29, 2011

1. In Appendix 6 of the Regulations about the mode of required reserves approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 85 of April 15, 2004. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 67-72, 168), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following additions:

1) Item 1:

a) after the paragraph "-2380 to add "Term security deposits of clients" with the following text:

"-2410" term deposits of non-profit organizations";

- 2420 "Term deposits of the non-bank financial sector";

- 2430 "Term deposits of physical persons which perform activities";

b) after the paragraph "-2560 to add "Term deposits of budgets of administrative and territorial units" with the following text:

"-2570 "Financial liabilities at fair value through profit or loss";

To add 2) After Item 1 with Item 1/1 of the following content:

"1/1. In case of determination of calculation base the debit balances reflected in balance sheet accounts 2105, of 2116, of 2125, of 2533, 2534 from the corresponding account groups 2100, of 2110, of 2120, 2530 do not join.".
