According to the Regulations on the State inspectorate for supervision in power industry (Uzgosenergonadzor) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 1, 2004 N 96 (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, N 9, to the Art. 105), I order:
1. Make changes and addition to the Regulations on procedure for carrying out approval of projects of power supply of consumer objects approved by the order of the chief of the State inspectorate for supervision in power industry on September 17, 2007 N 144 (рег. N 1731 of October 20, 2007) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, N 43, the Art. 436) according to appendix.
2. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
