About entering of amendments into some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

For the purpose of increase in responsibility of the gas supplying organizations for accomplishment of contractual commitments for uninterrupted ensuring subjects of entrepreneurship with natural gas for needs of their productive activity the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Make additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

2. To the ministries and departments to bring the departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.

NHK "Uzbekneftegaz" together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan in:

two-month term provide reduction in compliance with this resolution of the agreements signed with consumers of natural gas;

monthly term approve Methodical recommendations of the interaction mechanism with consumers for the purpose of realization of the regulations provided by this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan G. I. Ibragimov.
