About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning humanization of responsibility for offenses in the field of economic activity

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make the following changes to legal acts:

1. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Code of Ukraine of 13.04.2012 No. 4651-VI

2. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

To add 1) with Articles 135-1, 162-1, 162-2, 162-3, 164-15, 164-16, 166-14 - 166-18, 171-2 and 189-3 following of content:

Production for the purpose of sale, sale or use of obviously counterfeit tickets of rail, water, air or road transport and other travel documents and documents for cargo hauling, and also signs of post payment, the marked products, the international response coupons, identity certificates for the international post exchange and prints of labeling machines

"Article 162-1. Evasion from return of revenue in foreign currency

attract imposing of penalty from three thousand to five thousand free minima of the income of citizens.

Note. 1. Evasion from return of revenue in foreign currency, goods or other material values received from this revenue or concealment in any manner of such revenue, goods or other material values are recognized committed the large size if this revenue, goods or other material values in one thousand and more time exceed free minimum of the income of citizens (recalculation in currency of Ukraine on the official rate of national currency determined by the National Bank of Ukraine the last day of term, stipulated by the legislation for transfer of revenue in foreign currency from abroad).

2. Evasion from return of revenue in foreign currency, goods or other material values received from this revenue or concealment in any manner of such revenue, goods or other material values are recognized committed especially large size if this revenue, goods or other material values in three thousand and more time exceed free minimum of the income of citizens (recalculation in currency of Ukraine on the official rate of national currency determined by the National Bank of Ukraine the last day of term, stipulated by the legislation for transfer of revenue in foreign currency from abroad).

Article 162-2. Illegal opening or use outside Ukraine of currency accounts

The illegal opening or use outside Ukraine of currency accounts of physical persons made by the citizen of Ukraine, constantly living in its territory, and also currency accounts of the legal entities acting in the territory of Ukraine, made by the official of the company, organization or organization or for its order another person, and also making of the specified actions by the citizen - the subject of business activity
