About introduction of amendments to article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About rehabilitation of disabled people in Ukraine" concerning providing disabled people with the technical and other means of rehabilitation made by the individual order

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About rehabilitation of disabled people in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, Art. No. 2-3, 36) such changes:

Part one to state 1) in such edition:

"The state guarantees development, production of technical and other means of rehabilitation and purchase of special motor transport, products of medical appointment and providing with them disabled people, handicapped children for social adaptation, simplification of working conditions and life, communication of disabled people, handicapped children, distributes information on such products";

Part the seventh to replace 2) with two parts of such content:

"Accounting of disabled people, handicapped children who are provided with technical and other means of rehabilitation products of medical appointment, special motor transport, within powers is performed by bodies of work and social protection of the population and health care.

Free ensuring rehabilitation with technical and other means according to the individual request of the disabled person, is performed by services in after-guarantee repair in the form of benefit to disabled people for payment of cost of the issued products and the rendered services by non-cash money transfer to the companies which executed the specified requests and meet qualification requirements which are determined by the central executive body in the field of work and social policy".

With respect thereto the eighth - the sixteenth to consider parts respectively parts nine - the seventeenth;

"The list of technical and other means of rehabilitation, procedure for providing with them disabled people, handicapped children affirm the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";
