About introduction of amendments to article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 31-32, of Art. 263; 2005, No. 32, Art. 421; 2006, No. 26, Art. 210; 2010, No. 8, Art. 51) such changes:

the second to add part with the paragraph the fifth such content:

"data in electronic form for public authorities in connection with implementation of the powers determined by the law by them";

third to add part with the paragraph the second such content:

"Procedure for provision to public authorities of data in electronic form from the Unified state register and their list are established by specially authorized body concerning state registration in coordination with the relevant state body";

add with part ten of such content:

"10. Public authorities are forbidden to provide to other persons according to their address the information from the Unified state register received according to the procedure, established by this Law".

2. This Law becomes effective in three months from the date of its publication.
