Changes which are made to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning optimization of the state target programs

1. In appendix to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 23, 2011 No. 223 "Some questions of optimization of the state target programs" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 22, the Art. 923):

1) to add the Section "Ministry of Infrastructure" with Item 18-1 of such content:

"18-1. The state program of development of the urban electric transport for 20072015 years approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2006 No. 1855";

Item 51 to exclude 2).

2. In appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 22, 2011 No. 704 "About reducing quantity and enlargement of the state target programs" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 51, the Art. 2036):

1) to add the Section of "Ministry of Infrastructure" with Item 11-1 of such content:

"11-1. The state program of development of the urban electric transport for 20072015 years approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2006 No. 1855.";

Item 33 to exclude 2).
