About the single automated information system of technical inspection of vehicles

According to Item 3 of article 7 of the Federal law "About Technical Inspection of Vehicles and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of collection, processing, storage, transfer, use of information containing in the single automated information system of technical inspection of vehicles, and also ensuring access to this information.

2. Determine that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation is the state customer of creation and operation of the single automated information system of technical inspection of vehicles and her operator, and also performs coordination of activities of bodies and organizations for use of the specified information system.

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation:

provide functioning of the single automated information system of technical inspection of vehicles since January 1, 2012;

approve the technical requirements providing connection of information systems of operators of technical inspection to the single automated information system of technical inspection of vehicles.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
