About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning issue of documents of allowing nature in the field of economic activity

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Part the fifth article 46 of the Law of Ukraine "About local self-government in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 24, Art. 170; 2005, 48, the Art. 483) after words of "parcels of land" to add No. with words "and provisions of documents of allowing nature in the field of economic activity".

2. In article 4-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 48, Art. 483; 2010, No. 13, Art. 128):
