About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About public service in the Republic of Belarus"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2003 "About public service in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 70, 2/953) the following changes and amendments:

1. In the paragraph the twelfth Article 6 of the word "and professional training" shall be replaced with words ", professional knowledge and education".

2. In Item 1 of Article 8 of the word "and placements of personnel" shall be replaced with words ", retrainings and advanced trainings of the managerial personnel, their arrangements".

4. In Article 22:
