According to Item 44 of the Procedure for maintaining the State register of the corporeal rights to real estate approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 26.10.2011 No. 1141, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for acceptance and consideration of the applications about modification of records, introduction of records about cancellation of state registration of the material rights to real estate and their burdenings and cancellation of records of the State register of the corporeal rights to real estate which is attached.
2. (Zerkal O. V.) to provide to department of interaction with authorities submission of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 No. 493 "About state registration of normative legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the director of the department of interaction with authorities Zerkal O. V.
4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
