1) in Article 7.1:
a) add Item 2 with paragraphs of the following content:
"Annual accounting records of the state corporation are subject to the statutory audit booked by the auditing organization which is selected by results of open tender and approved by the supreme body of management of the state corporation.
The annual statement of the state corporation published taking into account requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation about the state secret shall contain information on accomplishment of the business strategy of the state corporation, other stipulated by the legislation information of the Russian Federation and to be approved no later than July 1 of the year following after accounting year. The government of the Russian Federation has the right to establish additional requirements to contents of the annual statement of the state corporation, including regarding investing activities.
The annual statement of the state corporation is posted on the official site of the state corporation on the Internet taking into account requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation about the state secret, trade secret in time no later than two weeks from acceptance date by the supreme body of management of the state corporation of the decision on approval of this report if the Federal Law providing creation of the state corporation does not establish other term.
