About modification of the Procedure for attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 15, 2002 No. 153 "About creation of single system of attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 8, Art. 340; 2007, No. 52, Art. 2106; 2011, No. 4, the Art. 213), changes which are applied.

2. Determine that in case of need in realization of the right to tax benefits, stipulated by the legislation and the international treaties of Ukraine on projects of the international technical assistance registered in the procedure established by the legislation to the introduction in action by this resolution, the beneficiary or the recipient submits after publication of this resolution to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade the plan of purchase for form according to appendix 5 to the Procedure specified in Item 1 of this resolution for further informing the State Tax Administration in a month.

3. To the central executive bodies to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
